In this role, you will oversee service operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure the highest standards of automotive repair and maintenance are met. Responsibilities Communicate with Customers Refine Inspections and Estimates before you present to Customers to create sales Oversee service writing processes to ensure accurate documentation of repairs. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies necessary for repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in vehicle maintenance and repair. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
