As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced Cherry Picker Forklift Operators to join our Operations Team and help keep our warehouse running efficiently.If you are a skilled forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is your chance to be part of a growing company in the eCommerce fulfillment industry!Why Join Boxzooka?Competitive pay & overtime opportunitiesBe part of a growing industry-eCommerce fulfillment is expanding rapidlyOpportunities for career growth & certificationSupportive team environment with hands-on trainingState-of-the-art warehouse technology & equipmentWhat You'll Do:Forklift Operations & Material HandlingSafely operate Cherry Picker forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Move, stack, and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers efficiently.Assist with receiving, storage, and distribution of merchandise.Inventory & Warehouse SupportUse RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.Maintain clean and organized storage areas to optimize workflow.Safety & ComplianceFollow OSHA safety guidelines and company policies for forklift operations.Perform pre-shift equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in safe working condition.Report any mechanical issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately. What We're Looking For:Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one through training)1+ year of Cherry Picker forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution centerAbility to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentComfortable using warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS, and handheld devices)Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely under pressureGood communication and teamwork skillsPunctuality & reliability-consistent attendance is requiredWhat Success Looks Like:Within 3-6 months, you will:Master Boxzooka's warehouse layout, safety protocols, and inventory processes.Efficiently move, stack, and track merchandise using forklifts & scanners.Ensure all forklift operations meet safety and efficiency standards.By 12 months, you will:Become a go-to forklift operator for inventory movement and shipping support.Assist in training new warehouse team members on equipment use & safety.Help improve warehouse efficiency through optimized inventory handling & organization. Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPhysical Demands:Lift up to 50 lbs repetitivelyStand, walk, and operate equipment for 8-12 hours per shiftFrequent pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching
