A company is looking for a Managed Care Analytics Director. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee analytic work supporting the Managed Care Operations Department Provide reimbursement and financial analysis for contract negotiations and system initiatives Participate in strategy discussions for rate negotiations and shape financial strategy for payer proposalsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required Master's degree (MBA, MHS, or other graduate degree) preferred Knowledge of healthcare delivery settings and health care insurance required 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics and database management Experience with managed care payor or multi-hospital health system reimbursement required
