Therapy Link is committed to creating stronger futures through personalized treatment plans and trusted connections that promote better care and outcomes.Role DescriptionThe Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language services while supporting and supervising CFs and/or SLPAs within the early intervention setting. Responsibilities include administering speech and language assessments, diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to supervisees.The SLP will also review documentation and SOAP notes, participate in progress reporting, communicate effectively with families and team members, and provide in-person support when needed. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology requiredCurrent California Speech-Language Pathologist license requiredValid driver’s licenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience supervising CFs and/or SLPAs is a plusBilingual skills in any language are a plusAbility to successfully complete a background checkMust be available for in-person work in Fresno, CA
