Deburring Specialist

Responsibilities• Set-up and efficiently operate required tooling• Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met• Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control. Confirm production and inspection paperwork is accurately filled out.• Perform daily maintenance on equipment, and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, organized, and safe work area.• Adhere to safety regulations • Conduct other related duties as assigned• Report any problems or discrepancies to supervisor • Deburr Specialists often assist our marking department using Dot-peen, Vibro-peen, Electro-Etch and engraving methods. Experience in these methods would be a plus.Qualifications• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Preferred Minimum 2-years work experience or related schooling• Proficient in blueprint reading• Experienced in using precision instruments such as Foredoms, Pencil Grinders, Air tools, Microscope and Borescopes.• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills• Capable of working independently and collaborate as a part of a team.• Effective with written and verbal communication• High command of organization skills and intense attention to detail• Ability to perform repetitive motion and routinely lift materials up to 50 pounds
