Litigation Docket Specialist

A company is looking for a Litigation Docket Specialist responsible for managing docket requests and ensuring timely docketing according to firm guidelines. Key Responsibilities Docket for designated assignment group, ensuring deadlines are identified and docketed accurately Create, review, and distribute accurate matter reports while collaborating with the Litigation Docket Manager Research court rules and procedures, responding to inquiries from timekeepers and staff regarding docketed dates Required Qualifications 2-year degree or Paralegal Certificate required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred 3-5 years of litigation docketing experience, preferably using CompuLaw Vision 3-5 years of litigation experience in federal and state courts, including deadline management Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and legal research resources
