Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant based in Miami, FL. The Staff Accountant will handle daily accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also involves generating financial reports, assisting with budgets, supporting audits, and managing accounts payable and receivable processes. Collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial operations will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications Proficiency in General Accounting, Journal Entries, and Account ReconciliationExperience with Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Cash Flow ManagementKnowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll ProcessingFamiliarity with Accounting Software and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in healthcare industry accounting is a plus
