Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionSUMMARY:Provides advanced, and expert-level maintenance and repairs service and training on assigned equipment, while maintaining high customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Independently conduct repairs, upgrades, preventative maintenance, system installations, and supports in-house operations on 5 of the Plasma-Therm Product linesCapable of conducting Level 1 and 2 training at a customer's facility on Versa line ICP EtchersIdentifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.Capable of He leak testing using either a Helium Leak Detector and/or Residual Gas AnalyzerIs prepared to assist Junior level FSE's with issues when requestedProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointFamiliar with a variety of the Plasma-Therm practices, and procedures.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently.Capable of Multi-Tasking when requiredLeads and directs the work of others.Able to complete daily and weekly reports on timeSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: Required to be a Mentor for Junior FSE's with responsibility for evaluating, certifying and training assigned FSE.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS: B.S. degree from four-year college in an Engineering discipline or:8-10 years of experience on semiconductor and related equipment.At least 5 years of Vacuum , RF, and Electrical experience requiredCapable of understanding Etch and CVD related processes, background in Process Parametric is usefulMust possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, major credit card (for business travel), and valid passport without restrictions
