Akkodis is seeking Data Architect with Epic for a 36-month Contract job with a client in LA, CA- Remote - (1 days onsite in a month’s). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.Pay: $70-75/hour – All Inclusive; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Must Have:Data ArchitectBusiness IntelligenceEpicSQLSSISAny ETL toolsThis Analytics Engineer role operates at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and applied AI, ensuring data solutions are accurate, governed, scalable, and aligned with organizational strategy.Data Architecture & DataMart DevelopmentDesign and maintain analytic-ready datasetsLead development of enterprise DataMarts (e.g., ODAG, Timeliness, Risk Adjustment)Ensure alignment with standardized business definitions and CMS-driven logicPartner with Managed Care, Finance, and Operations to stabilize and operationalize requirementsData Pipeline & Data Lake EnablementBuild and optimize data pipelines leveraging Databricks and enterprise data platformsIntegrate data from multiple sources including Epic Clarity, Tapestry, claims, and external vendorsSupport transformation, and validation of large-scale datasets (e.g., HEDIS, CMS files, lab data)Automate data workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve reliabilityBusiness Intelligence & VisualizationDevelop and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards aligned to DSS standardsEnable self-service analytics by exposing curated datasets rather than one-off reportsAI & Advanced Analytics EnablementLeverage Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics workflowsIntegrate LLM-based capabilities for summarization, classification, and insight generation (e.g., call center analytics, CRM insights)Partner in developing AI-driven data products that enhance operational decision-makingSupport transition toward automated data pipelines and AI-enriched datasets Requirements –5–8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering within Epic healthcare, managed care, data environmentProven experience designing and developing analytic-ready datasets and enterprise DataMarts supporting reporting and operational analyticsHands-on experience working with data lake or modern data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Lake, or SnowflakeStrong experience developing and optimizing SQL-based data transformations across large, complex datasetsDemonstrated experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BIExperience using Python for data processing, automation, and analytics workflowsExperience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and validationExposure to AI/ML or LLM-based use cases, including data summarization, classification, or insight generationExperience working with healthcare data domains such as claims, enrollment, provider data, or electronic health records (Epic Clarity preferred)Experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven reporting (e.g., CMS, HEDIS, Medicare Advantage)If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
