They are responsible for striving to achieve maximum profitability for the restaurant, which includes being selective in recruitment efforts, consistent training and providing quality food. This role is crucial for creating company culture that is aligned with DRG's values.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Development: Identify, train and mentor a team of high‑potential individuals, empowering them to become leaders and excel in their roles. Operational Excellence: Striving to create world‑class operations which include exceptional customer service, pristine restaurants that serve excellent food, and strong financials. P&L Management: Maintaining consistently strong financial results by taking actions that keep costs to a minimum result in maximum profitability and keep costs to a minimum. Leadership: Making sound and effective decisions in addition to serving as a liaison between upper management and the team while adhering to an open‑door policy. Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training workshops, provide constructive feedback in real‑time, and stress the importance of continuous learning and growth to the team. High School Diploma (or equivalent). At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability. Must be able to read, speak and write in English. Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam. Maintain current health card in adherence with local/state requirements. This position requires an average 45‑hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
