Job Description Maintenance ManagerRohnert Park, CACompensation: $129,000–$140,000 DOEDirect Hire | On-SiteWe are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.This is a key on-site leadership position supporting 24/7 operations.Do you enjoy improving equipment performance, leading technical teams, and driving continuous improvement? As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee plant maintenance strategy, optimize preventative and predictive programs, and partner cross-functionally to maximize production uptime and efficiency.Key responsibilitiesLead daily maintenance operations across production equipment, utilities, and facilitiesDrive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve OEE and reduce downtimePerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issuesOversee CMMS implementation and maintenance KPI reportingManage vendors, contractors, and maintenance budgetsPartner with Operations and Quality to support safety, GMP, and regulatory complianceCoach and develop maintenance and engineering teamsUp to 10% travel may be required, weekend or on-call support as neededRequired experience and qualificationsCandidates must meet these core requirements:5–8 years of maintenance management experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturingStrong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshootingExperience with PLC platforms such as Rockwell/Allen Bradley or SiemensProficiency with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programsWorking knowledge of GMP, OSHA, FDA, and USDA requirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferredSpanish communication skills a plusCompany DescriptionStar Staffing is a woman-owned staffing agency proudly serving Northern California for over 25 years.
