You're not just managing-you're serving right alongside the team.Actively take and serve tables during meal service, delivering warm, attentive, professional hospitalityTake orders, answer menu questions, deliver meals, refill beverages, and clear tables with grace and efficiencySet the tone on the floor by modeling service standards and professionalismCoordinate seating of residents and guests to ensure smooth, timely serviceSupervise the appearance of the dining room and server stationsSchedule server stations and assign pre- and post-shift side workTrain and mentor new and existing servers, including safety and service protocolsManage meal counts, reservations, and additional charges using the POS systemCommunicate with the Dining Room Manager regarding flow, staffing, and guest experienceStep in where needed-from beverage and bar service to hands-on support during busy shiftsBottom line: you're the go-to leader and an exceptional server.Our Hospitality PhilosophyWe believe great service is personal.
