Client Solutions Advocate

Under the direction of the Assistant VP of Client Success, the Client Solutions Advocate will drive and is accountable for all facets of client support team and the client request process through a mailbox approach which emphasizes posing analytical questions, coordinating the collection of information, and collaborating with clients for mutual beneficial solutions. Responsibilities: Manage customer email boxes for BeneCard PBF and Benecard Services and respond to requests within the time agreed upon with each customer. Review client requests and determine appropriate required action. Forward and manage requests sent to other operational departments. Accept incoming calls from clients. Enter overrides and start clinical reviews and contact pharmacies. Complete reports as requested. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent degree Preferred experience in pharmacy technician support and/or clinical operations. Excellent customer service skills are needed to be successful Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments while maintaining accuracy and composure Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Consistently positive, professional, and team‑oriented approach in all interactions. Ability to multi-task and use various systems efficiently is a must.
