Staff Research Scientist

A company is looking for a Staff Research Scientist to lead foundational AI research and implementation for their enterprise AI platform. Key Responsibilities Conduct advanced research on memory systems, orchestration frameworks, and reinforcement learning Design novel AI architectures for enterprise-grade reliability and controllable agent behavior Develop evaluation frameworks that assess model performance, safety, and alignment Required Qualifications MS or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or a related field Strong background in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and large language models Experience with model evaluation methodologies and safety frameworks Ability to design novel AI systems from first principles Proven experience in translating research into deployed capabilities
