Peace of mind is our promise.What You'll DoAs the Commercial Service Dispatcher, you will help manage the daily flow of commercial service work. You will coordinate technician schedules, communicate with customers, keep the service board accurate, support billing, and help make sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time.You will be trusted to help prioritize work based on urgency, technician skill set, geography, customer needs, and department expectations. Some days will be smooth. Some days will change by the hour. The right person for this role will be able to adjust, communicate, and keep things moving.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls professionally and help direct customers, vendors, and internal calls to the right person or department.Schedule and dispatch commercial service technicians based on job priority, technician skill set, customer needs, and geographic routing.Keep the commercial service board current, accurate, and productive throughout the day.Communicate with customers to schedule service calls, maintenance visits, follow-ups, and pending work.Monitor pending jobs, work-in-progress jobs, open tasks, and incomplete service items to help keep work from falling through the cracks.Follow up with technicians, service managers, CSRs, and other team members to resolve unanswered questions, scheduling issues, or incomplete tasks.Help handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when needed.Create, track, and support commercial billing, including invoices, payments, school board billing, and required documentation.Process warranty claims for current open jobs and maintain warranty tracking information.Sync ServiceTitan with QuickBooks daily to help keep customer files accurate and consistent.Support the training of new service department office personnel as needed.Represent Comfort Temp with professionalism, clear communication, and a team-first attitude.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-moving service environment and can balance urgency with accuracy.
