Marketing & Communications ManagerThe Sage Group is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager (Marcom) Manager for our client, a large non-profit in the Healthcare space.In this role you will lead the internal and external communications needs for our two affiliates to advance the long-term strategic direction of the organizations.As a vital member of the Marcom team, the Marcom Manager will create relevant, timely and thoughtful communications to support employee engagement, customer satisfaction, brand awareness, fundraising, and National brand compliance and collaboration. In essence, this role will architect the story of impact in their community and help be sure it gets told. This role requires a deep understanding of our clinical programs, multi-channel expertise, and working collaboratively with partners across the organization, serving as the lead managing marcom strategy, timelines, content, tone of voice and creative output.Essential Job Functions:Integrate successfully into the family of companies. Establish personal and professional credibility, gain respect, and collaborate across the organization and with outside partners.Create marcom plans for our two affiliates based on organizational priorities.Lead all marketing materials, family communications and newsletters, social media and websites. Ensuring continuity of messaging and design.Lead quarterly donor newsletters and support fundraising activities.Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to provide well-constructed recommendations based on research to bring to team leaders for decision-making.Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and bring issues to the table quickly.Must be able to self-prioritize and manage all projects – escalating issues and recommended solutions as they arise.Self-starter and proactive – leads marcom efforts with minimal oversight.Develop thoughtfully designed PPT presentations, graphics and other written/visual pieces of communication.Be vigilant and transparent on social media posts/comments/messages, news articles, etc. that can impact the family of companies.Ability to work independently in MailChimp, Sendy, WordPress and Survey Monkey.Eagerness to try new approaches based on good research and information.Develop and track KPIs and any other required metrics, including time allotment for projects, social media and web analytics.Proof communications per AP Style and Modified AP Style, or as approved by Supervisor or CIMO.Be an ambassador for a fun and highly effective team.Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by Supervisor.Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:7-10 years in a marketing or communications department.Bachelor’s degree.Strong writing capabilities.Strong project management.Excellent attention to detail.Deep experience working in the Microsoft Office suite including excellent and fast PowerPoint skills.Competency in the Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Sendy, WordPress and Survey Monkey.Demonstrates ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.Demonstrates effective interpersonal and analytical skills.Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion.Location: Remote, USStart: June 1, 2026Duration: 5 months, could extend or possibly convertPay: $55-65/hour
