Contractors must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to consumer homes and facilities.Read below or check out our web site to learn more.Job Description:Provide one-on-one Aquatic Therapy to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral/mental health diagnosesCreate tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clientsDocument on each sessionCommunicate with other team members and service providersTurn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperworkEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homesMust be able and willing to transport client(s) during client visits Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communicationMust have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA complianceTrack SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe ReaderImplement patient care plans through home and community goal-related activitiesAble to work independently, manage one’s own time and the time of client(s)All therapists must have the following:ResumeCTRS or TRS/TXC or LMT certifiedCPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)Basic Water Rescue and/or Lifeguard Training Social Security CardDriver's LicenseAuto Insurance (with 100/300/100 coverage minimum)Professional Liability Insurance (with $1 million/$3 million coverage limit)Please Note: All contractors must submit to background and reference checks.
