This is not a generic social media role. The core challenge is taking a complex financial product and turning it into content that feels intuitive, credible, and compelling to a broad audience.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creator instincts with real operating ability. You will work closely with their marketing team to develop content and creator programs that drive awareness, build trust, and support user adoption. The right person can operate autonomously, move quickly, and translate complexity into clear, high-conviction storytelling.ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale the company's UGC and creator strategyDevelop content programs that increase awareness, trust, and adoptionPartner with creators, online communities, and internal stakeholders to expand reachHelp communicate complex financial concepts in a simple, engaging wayWork cross-functionally with the marketing team on messaging, launches, and campaignsTest and refine content formats, distribution approaches, and creator partnershipsBuild repeatable systems for creator-led growth and user educationRequirementsExperience in UGC, creator partnerships, content-led growth, social growth, or related fieldsStrong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex productsCreator-native sensibility; ideally you have created content yourselfDeep familiarity with internet culture and digital distributionStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-moving startup environmentExposure to finance, crypto, fintech, or other technical/regulated products is strongly preferredComfort operating in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role
