Shipping and Receiving Clerk
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving of incoming devices and parts for the repair department.

You will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
Manage the shipment of all products, materials and supplies within the department
Receive incoming shipments and verify the counts match batch shipments coming from customers for repair needs
Receive incoming shipments and verify the counts match claims parts coming in for repairs
Verify records and generate reports on devices within the internal V2 system
Box and ship finished goods
Keep meticulous and accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments
Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments or substitutions
Collaborate and communicate with Technical Services Leads, Customer Success Representatives, Service Providers and others involved in the shipment of goods
Keep a clean and organized work area at all times
Perform other duties as assigned

Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Education and Experience:
High school diploma and minimum 1-year of relevant experience required
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to traverse the distribution warehouses and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time in accordance with inventory
