SummaryJob DescriptionThe Team Manager will be charged with the responsibility to ensuring operational excellence at all times.The main responsibility of the Team manager is to give full consideration to GPs' needs, our company's goals and business needs, and to find a balance between both. The well-being of the team and the smooth running of the business are to be considered of equal priority whilst performing floor supervision duties.Many of these tasks are performed ad hoc and are often unpredictable. It is vital that a person in this position uses good judgement to make the right decision for the operation while always showing the highest level of character.ResponsibilitiesManage, supervise, coach, motivate and build team spiritPresent new ideas and policies to prospective teamsWork within your own team/s to produce the required results and to meet Company targetsAnalyze employee data and performanceManage employee expectation and eventual requestsEstablish and maintain cross departmental cooperationWork with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)Handle disciplinary casesManage projects and deadlines set by your direct managersPropose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the departmentManage ad-hoc situations which may occur on shift in an appropriate mannerRoutine floor walks within the studioManage, motivate, and improve the performance of an assigned team/sQualificationsTechnically proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft OfficeMinimum 3 years of Supervisory or Shift Leader experienceThe ability to work flexible hoursManagerial courage to lead and hold others accountablePrompt and organizedTravel may be requiredAdditional InformationAbout UsEvolution is a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment.
