AI Software Engineer

Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. This role involves working within an agile team to build intelligent systems, agentic workflows, and AI-powered tools that enhance software engineering productivity and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development and applied AI, with a focus on integrating machine learning models into scalable, production-grade systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & System DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous AI systemsDevelop and integrate AI/ML models into production applicationsImplement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and automation pipelinesBuild AI-powered tools to improve developer productivity and software qualitySoftware EngineeringWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable codeApply modern software development practices in an agile environmentContribute to architecture, design, development, and delivery cyclesEnsure compliance with enterprise security, risk, and governance standardsCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data)Gather requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutionsParticipate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)Performance & InnovationMonitor, evaluate, and optimize AI systems in productionStay updated on advancements in AI, LLMs, and agent-based architecturesContribute to internal best practices and communities of practiceRequired Qualifications7–15 years of overall experience in software engineering or related fields2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or data engineeringProficiency in Python or another modern programming language (Java, Go, Ruby)At least 1–3 years experience with Java 17+Experience building agentic workflows or multi-agent systemsFamiliarity with orchestration frameworks such as:LangChainAutoGenCrewAI (or similar)Strong understanding of:Large Language Models (LLMs)Prompt engineeringAI system designExperience with:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)APIs, microservices, and system integrationStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experiencePreferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsExperience with AWS environments and servicesExposure to enterprise-scale AI implementationsKnowledge of financial services or regulated environments#ZR
