EducationRSU 16 Adult Education is looking for a flexible self-starter with the ability and initiative to facilitate individual and small group reading and English language lessons. The right person for our collaborative team is: willing and able to provide differentiated reading and language instructionfor students of different ages, backgrounds and language levels at variousacademic and English proficiency levels. adept at multi-tasking with excellent interpersonal and communicationskills. sensitive and committed to maintaining confidentiality. computer proficient with internet, email and various Google or Microsoftapplications, and willing to learn other platforms as appropriate for learners. willing and able to engage in professional development opportunities asnecessary.This position operates on a 12 to 15-hour per week schedule throughout the school year and over a 5-week summer session.This is a non-certified position.
