Sales Management Trainee

Management Trainee We are seeking a committed and purposeful leader to join our team. Having been in operation since the start of the 1900s, we set the standard for the sector. In addition to building partnerships to add new accounts, this function will be in charge of overseeing a team of five or more people that will assist with servicing and sustaining our present accounts. You will advance to the position of Agency Director and take on more responsibility for training those under your supervision as you gain the necessary expertise with our norms and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Fulfill the needs of the present customer base Investigate possible new business partnerships (B2B) Teach and develop new team members on the existing systems. Daily field activity reporting using a CRM built on Salesforce Daily focus on selecting, training, and nurturing leaders Required Skills / Desired Qualifications: Attention to detail and organizing abilities. Ability to manage time and fulfill obligations. Strong leadership and supervision abilities. The capacity to assign work appropriately and prioritize them. The capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. A love of building relationships and assisting others. Exceptional organizing and time management abilities. Experience in customer service or sales. Self-driven and objective-focused mentality. Licensing Requirements: Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required. Must have a clean background and reliable transportation. 90-day evaluation period before advancement.
