About The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Mail & Document Processing Coordinator to support daily operations by managing incoming mail and digital document workflows. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely processing of documents and effective internal communication.This is a fully in-person role based in the Financial District in Manhattan. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site daily in a structured, process-driven environment.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to work independently in a structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen, sort, and prepare incoming mail for scanning and processingScan and upload documents, ensuring proper naming conventions and formattingPerform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of scanned documentsReview automated uploads to ensure documents are assigned to the correct profilesUpdate records in CRM by attaching documents, adding notes, and creating tasks for team membersRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent0–2 years of experience in administrative support, mail handling, or similar rolesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasksBasic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and data entry systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage a consistent workflowProfessionalism and ability to handle confidential informationPreferred QualificationsExperience with CRM systems or document management toolsPrevious experience in high-volume administrative or processing environmentsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from day oneCollaborative, mission-driven team environmentGrowth opportunities within a scaling organizationJob Type: Full-time
