This position is responsible for operating or assisting in a direct mail manufacturing environment with a focus on reduction in cost related errors, exceeding client expectation, and driving a safe workplace. Looking for a long-term career, look no further.10 hour shift - 3PM - 1AMGrowing Organization!Benefits after 60 days!Responsibilities and Activities:Operates and maintains equipmentPerforms adjustments on machine per job instructionsMeets and exceed production standards and maintaining customer quality requirementsCommunicates job status and production concerns/issues during shift changeFollows all safety policies and proceduresAdheres to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Troubleshoots problems with minimum delay timeCommunicates with Management on any problems developing and corrective actionWorks with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production requirementsContinues learning new and improved processes to achieve increased productionFacilitates teamwork among team members and between shiftsPerforms additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.EEO StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer.
