Server/Waiter

Seeking experienced server for popular, fast paced Brunch Cafe/Diner on Fort Benjamin Harrison area of Indianapolis. This job receives tips. Base wage is $2.35/ hour. With tips, average wage is $25/hour. Tips are NOT shared. The successful candidate will be: * outgoing and friendly *able and willing to follow direction *customer service focused *able to multitask *be a great team player *demonstrate initiative The responsibilities for the job include: *greeting and seating guests *explain menu items to guests *take orders from guests and provide guidance to appropriate items per guest requests *communicate effectively with guests, other servers, kitchen staff and management *ability to place orders on Point of Service (POS) monitor/hand-held device *be willing and able to assist wherever needed *complete side work as assigned *complete all tasks in a quick, efficient and friendly manner *must be available to work weekends as a part of regular schedule. Our servers earn $25+/hour with tips.
