Sous Chef
Heyday Cookshop is a chef-driven restaurant and residency platform opening in Naples, Florida in 2026, led by James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Kayla Pfeiffer. We’re hiring a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This role supports daily service, prep, and systems while working alongside rotating guest chefs and evolving menus. We’re looking for someone with strong fundamentals, organization, and the ability to stay ahead of service, someone who communicates clearly, leads by example, and holds high standards.
