Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in San Dimas, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, analyzing data, monitoring progress, and providing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents. The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and ethical delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience with Behavior Management strategies and techniquesStrong skills in Parent Education and collaborationBackground or knowledge in PsychologyBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) requiredMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively on a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with data collection systems and analysis toolsReliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel to client locations
