This role is responsible for the movement, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and supplies throughout the facility to ensure uninterrupted operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and store incoming materials and suppliesSafely transport materials to designated work areas using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified)Pick, stage, and distribute materials according to work orders and schedulesMaintain accurate material counts and basic inventory recordsKeep storage and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsSupport facility operations, maintenance, and production teams as neededFollow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsReport damaged materials, shortages, or safety concerns promptlyMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsBasic math and reading skillsStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and punctualityPreferred QualificationsPrior experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Facility Support roleForklift or powered industrial truck experience (certification a plus, not required)Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environmentsWhat We Offer$500 Sign-On BonusCompetitive hourly payOvertime opportunities (as applicable)Benefits package including medical, dental, PTO and 401(k)Opportunities for skill development and advancementStable work environment with a team-focused cultureWork EnvironmentThis role works in a facility/industrial setting and may require exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and moving equipment.
