A respected healthcare group on California’s central coast is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) to join its primary care and urgent care team in Seaside, California. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, including managing your own patient panel. Deliver urgent care and walk-in services for acute conditions. Conduct occupational health services, including physicals. Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs to deliver high-quality outpatient care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care. Schedule Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s) per week. Includes 3 weekends every 2 months. Requirements Active California NP license (FNP, AGNP, ANP, or AGPCNP accepted). 1–3 years of primary care or urgent care experience required. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred, but not required. DMV certification (training provided if not already obtained). Benefits Competitive annual salary: $145,000–$176,000.
