Technical Project Manager

About the Role We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across 30+ active technology initiatives. You’ll sit at the center of our tech organization—connecting development, automation, analytics, and AI to keep work aligned, on track, and moving fast. This is a hands-on, highly technical role. You won’t just manage timelines, you’ll build structure where it doesn’t exist, drive agile discipline, and translate business needs into clear, executable work for developers. This role has no direct reports initially, with a clear path to build and lead a team as the function grows. This role requires someone who can operate with urgency, manage high volume without losing detail, and consistently deliver without close oversight. If you need heavy direction or a slow-paced environment, this role will not be a fit.
