The Benefits Representative will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, providing customer service to employees and clients, and handling insurance-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include offering guidance on benefits options, processing benefits enrollments and claims, troubleshooting benefits-related issues, and assisting with employee training programs. The Benefits Representative will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills and abilitiesProficient in Communication and TrainingExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyFamiliarity with CRMs and software is a plusPrevious experience in a benefits-related role is encouraged but NOT required
