In this role you will contribute to the Optical Talent Center, focusing on electro-optical hardware for space and defense applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, test, and integrate optical payloads and electronic subsystems, guiding programs through key design reviews. Your expertise will help mature hardware through the full lifecycle and mentor junior engineers, all while operating within a mission-driven, security-clearance environment.
