Outside Sales Representative - Cannabis
Job Summary:
At our company, we value providing excellent customer service, legitimizing the cannabis industry through customer interactions, and sharing our acquired knowledge with others. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a current book of clients in the legal Oregon cannabis market.
Duties:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct in-person product demos and provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our strains and quality to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to continuously improve sales processes and outcomes.
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong background in direct sales to licensed Oregon retailers.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills:
- Sales skills with a focus on direct sales of cannabis products.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
