Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary director to lead our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, a passion for the entertainment industry, and a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion, and faith-based principles. As the director, you will oversee all aspects of the agency's operations, ensuring that our mission and values guide every decision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, management, and retention that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion. - Lead and manage a diverse team of agents and support staff. - Generate leads and conduct cold calling to secure opportunities for our talent. - Find and book modeling and acting jobs for our talent, ensuring consistent work and exposure. - Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals to drive agency growth. - Work closely with designers, pageants, casting directors, advertising agencies, and production companies to create and maximize opportunities for our talent. - Find and schedule workshops and coaches to enhance talent development. - Assist with agency branding and manage social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement. - Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and clients for AMT Reviews. - Oversee the scouting, auditioning, and selection of models and talent from varied backgrounds. - Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging talent. - Ensure all operations align with the agency’s faith-based mission, values, and growth objectives. - Manage budgets, contracts, and financial planning. - Drive marketing and promotional efforts to increase the agency’s visibility and impact. - Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience in the talent or modeling industry, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of talent development, contracts, and industry trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead with integrity, vision, and a commitment to faith-based, diverse, and inclusive values. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience with budget management and financial planning. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Business degree or management experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working within a faith-based or values-driven organization. - Established network within the entertainment industry. - Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in previous roles.
