A leading tech organization is hyper scaling, seeking Recruiters who will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talent to support their rapidly growing data center footprint. In this role, you will actively source large, diverse pools of candidates that will result in key hires to fuel critical data center expansion. You will get to work with a collaborative, inclusive, hardworking team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure delivery of efficient, effective, and quality talent to internal customers. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and well-versed in creative candidate generation methodology. It is critical that this individual can manage, prioritize, and close high-volume searches against tight timelines.
