Your key responsibilities include: Project Leadership: Develop and manage client service schedules, oversee and coordinate project production, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Team Coordination: Schedule and communicate effectively with in-house tradesmen and subcontractors. Client & Adjuster Relations: Interface with insurance adjusters and customers to address issues, provide updates, and maintain professional communication. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement, and maintain accurate project records. Who We’re Looking For: Your Skills and Experience You’ll be a great fit if you: Communicate Clearly: You’re skilled at keeping everyone informed and on the same page. Stay Organized: You have a knack for details and keeping projects on track. Embrace Technology: You’re proficient with computers, cell phones, and can adapt to new software quickly. Know the Industry: You have a basic understanding of construction, building materials, and flooring, with experience in the restoration industry and in writing estimates using Xactimate or similar software.
