Host/Server

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. - Answer phones, take orders; manage reservations. - Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff. - Busy time need to help packing the food. - Process payments and provide accurate change. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. - Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service. - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service. Requirements: - Previous restaurant job experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with POS system. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. - Knowledge of proper phone etiquette. - Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
