As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to influence outcomes and build top-performing teams that tackle complex challenges. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and collaborate with clients to develop tailored IAM solutions, securing a significant impact on their security posture.ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop top-performing teams to address complex challengesUtilize advanced technologies to improve operational effectivenessInfluence project outcomes through knowledgeable guidance and supportSecure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirementsWhat You Must HaveBachelor's Degree7 years of experienceWhat Sets You ApartBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, or Management Information Systems preferredCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Java Developer, or Certified with IAM products including: SailPoint ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle, or CA preferredDemonstrating in-depth knowledge of IAM conceptsUtilizing agile development methodologies and DevOps toolsConducting quantitative and qualitative data analyzesManaging client engagements and developing business processesLeading teams to establish direction and motivate membersSalary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
