Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join a mission-driven philanthropic organization focused on building technology that creates meaningful social impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI professional to work on cutting-edge solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and LangChain frameworks.Due to the nature of the project, we require Visa independent candidates only.F2F interview is required. Local candidates preferred.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with more than 10 years of relevant experience.Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applicationsStrong hands-on expertise with RAG architectures and LangChainSolid understanding of AI system design, prompt engineering, and vector databasesProficiency in Python and modern backend development practicesExperience building scalable AI solutions in cloud or production environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in project-based environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI agents, workflow orchestration, or autonomous systemsFamiliarity with embedding models, semantic search, and vector databasesExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPPrevious experience working on social impact, nonprofit, or philanthropic technology initiativesPlease note: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent applications.
