You will work within a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, utilizing advanced EMR systems such as Wellsky, to deliver top-tier outpatient rehabilitation services. This position offers a consistent schedule, no weekend coverage, and a competitive hourly rate, ensuring both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.Required Skills:Current Louisiana Physical Therapist (PT) licenseAt least 1+ years of experience in outpatient ortho or related specialtiesAbility to independently manage caseloads with minimal supervisionProficiency in treating general ortho, sports medicine, pediatric, and neuro-specific diagnosesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamExperience with EMR systems including Wellsky and Meditech Expanse is preferredNice to Have Skills:Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or NIHSSExperience with pediatric or neuro patients at higher functioning levelsFamiliarity with hospital orientation programs and inpatient rehab settingsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical TherapyMinimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferredPrior experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teamsOther Requirements:Willingness to attend a comprehensive hospital and departmental orientation (2-3 days)No weekend coverage required; occasional inpatient or acute care shifts up to once per month for qualified candidatesMust be comfortable utilizing EMR platforms including Wellsky, Meditech Expanse, and EPICAvailable to start on May 18, 2026Hourly pay rate of $60.30This opportunity offers competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, and eligibility for referral bonuses.
