Title: Project Manager – Multi-Family Location: Columbus, OH Duration: Direct Hire Our client, a leading construction firm in Columbus OH has an immediate need for a construction Project Manager, with Multifamily, Large Stick Framed Housing experience. This is an immediate need! Details are as follows: Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed. Minimum 5 years construction experience Self-starter Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed. Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules. Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing
