ERP/CRM Developer

Overview In this role you will design and develop complex PeopleSoft HR programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to meet business needs. You will translate requirements into effective technical solutions within PeopleSoft and collaborate with HR partners to optimize functionality. You’ll code, test, debug, and implement solutions using PeopleSoft technologies, while maintaining documentation and supporting system performance. You will mentor junior team members and help sustain time and labor rules for compliant, accurate pay calculations. ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop PeopleSoft HR programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancementsConfigure and maintain Time & Labor rules for compliance and accurate payTranslate business requirements into technical solutions within PeopleSoftCode, test, debug, and implement using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, and OracleMaintain documentation for applications, processes, and system modificationsTroubleshoot and resolve HR system issues to ensure performanceCollaborate with HR functional partners to support and enhance PeopleSoft functionalityMentor junior team members on PeopleSoft development best practices Key requirementsProficiency with PeopleSoft development tools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query)Experience with Oracle technologiesKnowledge of Time & Labor rules and HR pay calculationsAbility to translate user requirements into technical solutionsStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to document processes and system changesExperience mentoring or guiding junior teammatesCross-functional collaborationCommunicationMentoringPeopleSoftPeopleCodeApplication Engine
