Extrusion Machine Operator We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team on the night shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and requires a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate an extrusion machine, ensuring the startup, operation, and shutdown processes are executed efficiently.Work collaboratively within a team, prioritizing safety and adhering to quality specifications for both machine and material.Identify and manage raw materials needed for production.Operate a 60-ton propane forklift safely; training and certification provided if needed.Demonstrate reliability in attendance and maintain a positive attitude.Essential SkillsExperience with extrusion machines and machine operation.Previous forklift operation experience is advantageous.Additional Skills & QualificationsCommon sense and a strong focus on safety are essential.Ability to work well in a team environment.Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and be open to working weekends.Why Work Here?Enjoy a three-day weekend every other weekend, with a schedule that typically includes 2-3 days on followed by 2-3 days off. The schedule alternates weekly between 36-hour and 48-hour weeks, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance. Dress code is practical and safety-oriented, with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Visalia, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50/hr.
