Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, allowing for a combination of fieldwork and work-from-home flexibility. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will maintain and grow relationships with showroom and wholesale dealers, represent our manufacturers’ products, and secure optimal product placements. Responsibilities include visiting showrooms, delivering product training, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring our product lines receive the best opportunities for growth in designated territories. Qualifications Sales and Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and grow sales opportunities.Product Knowledge and Presentation: Familiarity with kitchen & bath, decorative hardware, plumbing, and lighting products, paired with effective presentation and training skills.Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with diverse showroom and wholesale dealer teams.Time Management and Organization: Strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.Proficiency with technology: Ability to work with CRM tools, email communication, and other digital platforms for client outreach and follow-up.Ability to travel regionally and work independently with accountability for goals and results.Previous experience in sales or a similar role in the kitchen, bath, or design industry is an advantage.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
