Responsible for ensuring quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed, oversees and participates in set-up and closing procedures and paperwork (basic math skills), and resolves problems with the assistance of a manager. Previous experience in a fast-paced, food service, supervisory position preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending, stretching, and reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event driven schedule including nights and weekends per business needs.This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.25 and is tip eligible (per CBA).Benefits are per the union agreement.This position will remain open until June 26, 2026ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading the service of food and beverage to guests including alcoholic beverages.Must check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.Lead the set up of the stand locations.Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event.Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.All other duties as assigned by the managers.QualificationsAt Least 1-2 years' experience working in a lead capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment or applicable education.Ability to lead the work of others.Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.Ability to speak, read and write in English.Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needsRequired to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff's Card).This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.
