Director of Quality Control

QC DIRECTOR-Key Responsibilities-Quality Control & Compliance:Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.Ensure materials meet PennDOT, PTC, and industry requirements.Maintain QC testing records, certifications, reports, and documentation. Leadership & Testing Oversight Supervise and support QC personnel.Ensure all locations have QC coverage for production and testing.Coordinate material testing, inspections, and equipment calibration. Production Support:Troubleshoot material performance and provide corrective action plans.Work with production, dispatch, transportation, and sales to ensure proper mix design and product consistency.Address customer request or quality concerns. Continuous Improvement:Analyze QC and production reports to identify trends and improvements.Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy. Certifications:ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician — Grade INECEPT Concrete Field CertificationNECEPT Aggregate Technician CertificationPennDOT District Plant Certification
