As one of the most active buyers and fastest-growing multifamily platforms in DFW, we are applying institutional discipline and family office capital to capture opportunities in one of the nation's strongest growth markets.Our Dallas PlatformSince the Summer of 2024, we have built a portfolio of over 1,200 multifamily units and $180 million in capitalization across the Dallas-Fort Worth submarket. We have accomplished this by deploying our own family capital alongside funds raised from high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Our portfolio consists of both value-add as well as core assets in high-growth submarkets, and we continue to maintain an active acquisition pipeline with significant opportunities targeted for 2026.The OpportunityThis is a ground-floor opportunity to join our newly formed Dallas multifamily platform and shape its operational foundation. Unlike larger platforms where junior team members are layers removed from decision-making, you'll work directly with the Principals on both underwriting and execution:·        Your insights from property tours will inform acquisition decisions·        Your performance analysis will shape portfolio strategy·        Your recommendations will drive capital deploymentWe're looking for an Acquisitions & Asset Management Associate (at least 3-5 years of experience) who is ready to take real ownership of portfolio performance. This isn't about building models for someone else to execute. You'll be directly responsible for ensuring our properties perform against projections, overseeing relationships with third-party property managers, and identifying operational improvements that drive value.What You'll OwnPortfolio Performance & Asset Management·        Day-to-day oversight of third-party property management companies, driving business plan execution, operational excellence, and financial performance.·        Monthly and quarterly performance analysis including income statements, rent rolls, occupancy trends, delinquency reports, and variance explanations.·        Periodic property visits to assess physical condition, leasing activity, and capital needs·        Maintenance of portfolio tracking systems including leasing dashboards, capital expenditure tracking, and KPI reporting.·        Quarterly investor reporting and presentations to equity partners and family office stakeholders.·        Market intelligence by tracking rental comps, competitive supply, and submarket trends Acquisitions & Deal Execution·        Active participation in deal sourcing and underwriting for new multifamily acquisitions.·        Support physical due diligence on potential acquisitions, including coordination of third-party reports, site visits as needed, and synthesis of findings into investment memos.·        Market research and competitive analysis to support investment theses.·        Due diligence including financial review, third-party reports, and site inspections.·        Assistance with LP fundraising efforts, including preparation of investment materials The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who brings at least 3-5 years of multifamily experience and is ready to take on real ownership and accountability. You might come from one of two backgrounds:You've spent your early career at an institutional real estate firm, investment platform, or asset management shop, building financial models and learning the fundamentals of multifamily investing. You're ready to move beyond spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks. You want to see your analysis turn into action, work directly with property teams, and understand how decisions play out in real time.Or you've been a regional manager or senior operator at a property management company, overseeing multiple assets and driving performance on the ground. You know how to hold teams accountable, execute business plans, and solve operational problems. Now you're ready to move to the principal side to be part of the investment decisions, the capital deployment strategy, and the long-term value creation.Critically, you're already based in DFW with the bulk of your multifamily experience in this market. You know the submarkets, have relationships with local property management companies and vendors.You thrive with autonomy and want to shape outcomes rather than follow established processes. You're excited by building systems rather than operating within them.What You Bring·        Based in Dallas-Fort Worth with substantial multifamily experience in the DFW market and established local vendor and property management relationships·        Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint·        Strong experience with RealPage and/or Yardi·        Comfort analyzing financial statements, budgets, and rent rolls·        Clear communication skills and attention to detail·        The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution without waiting for direction·        A bachelor's degree (preference given to Finance, Real Estate, Business, or Economics)What We Offer·        Base salary starting over $100,000, commensurate with experience·        Performance-based bonus structure·        Potential profit sharing for exceptional performance and longevity with the firm·        Hybrid work environment based primarily in our Dallas office, with periodic travel in and around DFW to portfolio properties and potential acquisitions as needed·        Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k)·        Long-term career growth in a multi-generational family business
