Job Title: Housekeeper / Family Assistant / Chef’s Helper (Live-Out)Location: St. Pete, Florida (33701) - relocation assistance offeredSchedule: Full-time, live-out (typically Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility)Position OverviewA private household is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly dependable Housekeeper / Family Assistant / Chef’s Helper to support the daily operations of a busy home. This is a live-out position requiring a candidate who can consistently arrive on time, maintain structure throughout the day, and take full ownership of household upkeep.This role blends hands-on housekeeping, household coordination, and kitchen support. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and takes pride in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming home environment.The is a UHNW client that travels around the world. If desired, this candidate would be invited to travel with the family. There is a 6-9 month growth opportunity to House Manager for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping & Home CareMaintain the home to a high standard of cleanliness on a daily basisPerform deep cleaning, organization, and upkeep of all living spacesManage laundry including washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe careEnsure closets, storage areas, and common spaces remain organizedMonitor and restock household supplies and cleaning productsIdentify and address maintenance or cleanliness issues proactivelyFamily Assistant ResponsibilitiesRun errands (groceries, dry cleaning, returns, household shopping)Manage deliveries, packages, and vendor access to the homeAssist with scheduling appointments and light household coordinationSupport home organization projects and seasonal transitionsPrepare the home for guests and assist with light entertaining needsKitchen & Chef SupportMaintain a clean, organized kitchen at all timesSupport pantry, fridge, and inventory organizationAssist with grocery shopping and basic meal planning supportQualifications2+ years of experience in a private household or similar roleStrong housekeeping and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities independentlyProfessional, discreet, and trustworthyStrong work ethic with a proactive mindsetExcellent time management and attention to detailValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for live-out role)Authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in high-end or staffed homesFamiliarity with high-quality fabrics, surfaces, and proper care techniquesPrior experience assisting with cooking or working alongside a chefExperience supporting busy households with dynamic schedulesPersonal AttributesHighly reliable and punctual (critical for live-out role)Service-oriented with a “no task too small” mindsetDiscreet and respectful of privacyFlexible and adaptable to changing needsStrong communicator with a calm, professional demeanor
