Process Engineer

Title: Process EngineerExperience: 3–5 YearsLocation: Nashville, TN (Fully Onsite)Duration: 12 Monthspay Rate: $55- $72/hrTravel: – Fully onsite in Nashville, TN with 20% regional travel to Clarksville, TN and Hopkinsville, KY.Seeking a Process Engineer with 3+ years of manufacturing experience to optimize production processes, troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment, and support process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.3+ years in a manufacturing environment.Experience with VFDs, servo systems, instrumentation, and high-speed automation.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills.Preferred:Food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing experience.Knowledge of process automation, batch systems, OEE, and OSHA/machine safety.Responsibilities:Improve and optimize manufacturing processes.Troubleshoot equipment and provide production support.Analyze process data and implement improvements.Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and internal teams.Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and change management.Assist with project planning, automation, and IWS initiatives.
